About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential marketing services organization seeking a skilled Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to support their business development efforts. This is a remote, full-time position working 9AM - 5PM EST, with an expected start date of October 2026.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, conducting outbound calls to qualified leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced appointment setter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of converting conversations into business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to provided lead lists
• Engage prospects in professional conversations and introduce the organization's services
• Qualify potential clients based on established criteria
• Communicate value propositions effectively to generate interest
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointment outcomes in CRM systems
• Execute timely follow-up with leads as needed
• Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting and performance goals

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or similar outbound sales roles
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Confidence and comfort speaking with prospects over the phone
• Strong persuasion, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Highly motivated, results-driven mindset with hunger for success
• Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve performance
• Enthusiastic personality with positive, engaging energy
• Professional resilience in handling rejection while maintaining motivation
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently during EST business hours
