About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential medical technology organization seeking a Senior Director, AI & Supply Chain Transformation to lead their global digital evolution. This remote role partners with leaders across planning, operations, logistics, manufacturing, and procurement to implement AI-driven solutions that fundamentally improve business performance.

You'll drive transformation in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory management, customer operations, and fulfillment—building the capabilities and decision frameworks needed for a connected, predictive, data-driven supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation across the global supply chain organization, developing and maintaining a prioritized roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Identify high-impact use cases in demand forecasting, supply planning optimization, inventory management, S&OP/IBP decision support, customer service, logistics visibility, procurement analytics, and process automation
• Partner with supply chain leaders to transform planning, customer operations, logistics, and procurement through AI and advanced analytics
• Design and lead rapid pilot initiatives to validate AI use cases, defining success criteria, KPIs, and expected outcomes
• Scale successful solutions across the broader organization while measuring performance and making expansion recommendations
• Apply machine learning and predictive analytics to improve forecasting quality, inventory performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency
• Build AI capability across the organization through training, workshops, frameworks, and best practices
• Collaborate with IT and digital teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance standards, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor emerging technologies and introduce external best practices relevant to supply chain innovation
• Act as a change leader, guiding teams through technical and organizational aspects of AI adoption

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years in Supply Chain Management, including Planning & Customer Operations, S&OP/IBP
• Proven experience driving complex cross-functional transformation programs involving AI, analytics, automation, or digital innovation
• Track record translating technology opportunities into measurable business value and delivering operational improvements
• Experience in global matrix organizations and regulated industries (MedTech, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing)
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders without formal authority
• Technical competencies in artificial intelligence, generative AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, business intelligence, data visualization, and process transformation
• Business competencies including strategic thinking, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, executive communication, and change leadership
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $187,000 - $230,000 plus annual bonus of 35% and vehicle plan eligibility.
