Werkstudent Operations (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology consultancy based in Heidelberg, and our talent team is seeking a working student to support their operations function. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth running of internal processes with a focus on accuracy and service orientation.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Supporting regular operational activities, particularly preparation and verification of payroll files using internal software systems
• Monitoring incoming payments and ensuring accuracy of financial transactions
• Managing the ordering and distribution of employee vouchers and benefits
• Contributing to the optimization of internal operational processes
• Collaborating closely with the operations team and interfacing with finance and HR as needed

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a detail-oriented student who thrives on working with data, processes, and taking ownership of their work. The ideal candidate will have:

• Current enrollment in a degree program in business administration, economics, business law, public administration, or a comparable field
• A structured, conscientious, and reliable working style
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
• Ideally, some initial experience in back-office, finance, or operations roles
• Enthusiasm for organizational work and precision when handling data
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members

This position is based in Heidelberg and is structured as a working student role (Werkstudent) to complement your academic schedule.
