Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Unternehmensmarketing

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate development organization seeking a working student to support their corporate marketing team. In this role, you will actively contribute to diverse marketing projects and gradually take on your own areas of responsibility.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development and implementation of creative marketing campaigns for residential and commercial properties
• Creating content for social media channels, websites, newsletters, and other communication platforms
• Maintaining and continuously developing the online presence and both digital and traditional marketing initiatives
• Assisting with special campaigns, landing pages, website relaunches, and content migrations
• Researching and analyzing market and marketing trends, deriving new ideas and measures
• Planning, organizing, and supporting events, trade shows, sponsorship activities, and internal communications
• Supporting coordination with external agencies, service providers, and partners
• Gaining insights into brand strategy and corporate communications

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in at least the 3rd semester of Marketing, Communication Design, Media Management, Communication Studies, or a comparable business-related degree program
• First practical experience in marketing through internships, working student positions, personal projects, or part-time jobs is advantageous
• Enthusiasm for developing creative content with a strong sense for language, storytelling, and target-audience communication
• Independent, structured working style with a proactive approach to contributing new ideas
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator) are required
• Interest in digital trends, social media, and modern marketing tools
• Excellent German language skills, along with team spirit, initiative, and reliability
• Genuine desire to actively shape and contribute to projects
