Werkstudent Projektmanagement & Operations (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential PropTech organization seeking a working student to support project management and operations activities. In this role, you will contribute to both internal and client-facing initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in a growing technology environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting ongoing internal and client projects through active participation and coordination
• Preparing, attending, and following up on meetings and workshops with comprehensive documentation
• Creating presentations, analyses, and project materials to support team deliverables
• Taking meeting minutes for internal and external sessions and tracking action items to completion
• Maintaining and updating project documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Managing data entry, validation, and quality assurance within software systems
• Supporting data preparation for reports and analytical outputs
• Assisting with general administrative tasks and research on selected topics
• Contributing to the optimization of internal processes and tools

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a currently enrolled student (Bachelor or Master level) ideally studying business administration, business informatics, real estate management, or a comparable field. While prior practical experience through internships or working student positions is advantageous, it is not required.

Technical skills:

• Confident and routine use of common AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude) to support research, text work, and data preparation in daily workflows
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Structured and meticulous approach to work, especially with administrative and data-intensive tasks
• Prior experience with project management tools or software systems is beneficial

Personal qualities:

• Reliable, independent, and detail-oriented work style
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities
• Good German and English language skills, both written and verbal
• Eagerness to learn and genuine interest in PropTech and the real estate industry
