About This Position
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Werkstudent*in to join our Project Management Team. This role offers you the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues while expanding your knowledge and skills. You will not only work on assigned topics but also contribute your own ideas, making this an exciting part-time position.
Core Duties
- Support the Product Consulting Team in daily tasks and occasionally take over tasks related to customer projects, such as creating websites and landing pages
- Make adjustments in CSS, HTML, JavaScript or our automation software for customer requests
- Manage project progress documentation with regard to relevant milestones using a project management tool
- Support the onsite team in data integration between online registration and on-site solutions
- Handle hardware configuration, verification, and shipment (e.g., scanners)
- Assist customers at the site for entry management (including setup and teardown) as well as remotely
- Contribute actively to projects aimed at process optimization with your own ideas and proposals
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in at least 3 semesters of a university, ideally studying (Business) Informatics or a similar field
- You plan to work 16-20 hours per week
- You are IT-affine and comfortable with various programs, or willing to learn new software quickly
- You have basic knowledge in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript and wish to expand these skills further
- You bring service orientation, communication, and team spirit, and enjoy direct customer contact
- Fluent German is required; excellent English language skills are a must
