Werkstudent – B2B Sales (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction technology firm seeking a working student to support B2B sales development. You will focus on:

• Researching and identifying new potential clients including general contractors, property developers, and project developers through tender platforms, industry portals, and independent research
• Conducting outreach via email to introduce our client's services as an electrical partner for construction projects
• Making telephone contact with decision-makers to secure invitations to ongoing and upcoming tenders
• Qualifying leads by evaluating which contacts and projects align with business objectives, maintaining structured records in the sales pipeline
• Supporting the sales process by maintaining contact with qualified leads, following up, coordinating document exchanges, and assisting the team through to proposal submission
• Contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies, research methods, and follow-up processes

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student in business, communications, engineering, or related field (discipline is secondary to attitude and motivation)
• Strong communication skills with comfort making phone calls, clear written and verbal expression, and a friendly, professional manner
• Structured, independent working style with reliability in managing contacts and follow-ups
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Interest in the construction industry and electrical engineering is welcome, though prior knowledge is not required
• Previous experience in sales, customer contact, or research is a plus but not mandatory—we provide comprehensive onboarding
