About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential automotive retail organization seeking an experienced Branch Manager (Filialleitung) for their Berlin location. Our client operates multiple dealership locations across Germany, specializing in premium and luxury vehicle brands. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-end automotive retail operation while remaining actively engaged in sales with discerning clientele.

As Branch Manager, you will hold full operational and strategic responsibility for the location while maintaining a hands-on role in vehicle sales. You'll lead a dedicated team, drive revenue growth, and personally guide customers through their premium automotive purchase journey from initial contact to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall operational and strategic leadership for the dealership location
• Lead, motivate, and develop the complete branch team
• Own responsibility for revenue, profitability, target achievement, and economic performance
• Actively sell vehicles in the luxury and premium segments
• Deliver personal consultation and advisory services to high-expectation customers at the highest level
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and cultivate an exclusive client base
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase volume, revenue, and profitability
• Represent the dealership and luxury brands externally
• Establish and nurture business relationships and professional networks
• Manage and optimize sales and service processes
• Collaborate closely with manufacturer partners, importers, and internal departments
• Ensure the highest quality, brand, and service standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in automotive sales, ideally in the premium or luxury segment
• Leadership experience in dealership operations, sales, or comparable environment (strongly preferred)
• Strong sales and negotiation capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with clear revenue and results orientation
• Confident, professional, and credible presence suitable for representing luxury brands
• Excellent communication and leadership competencies
• High degree of initiative, decisiveness, and sense of responsibility
• Comfortable working with sales metrics and business economics
• Fluent German language skills required; good English proficiency
