We are representing a well-established staffing and recruitment organization in the Frankfurt am Main area. Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their team and lead direct placement activities for professional and leadership-level candidates. This role offers significant autonomy, entrepreneurial freedom, and the opportunity to build lasting client relationships in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing accounts
• Recruit and match qualified candidates for direct placement roles
• Provide strategic consulting to potential clients on their hiring needs
• Deliver regular reporting to regional and senior leadership

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial or technical field
• Multiple years of experience in the staffing industry, with a focus on direct placement or executive search
• Strong sales orientation and business development skills
• Fluency in German is required for this role
