We are representing a leading staffing and workforce solutions organization in Germany seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee operations across the Baden-Württemberg region, based in Mannheim. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch locations within the Baden-Württemberg region in alignment with organizational objectives
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to branch teams on day-to-day operational matters
• Coach and develop existing staff members to maximize their potential and performance
• Monitor goal achievement across locations and implement corrective measures as needed
• Drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence throughout the region

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training or degree in business administration or technical field
• Multiple years of experience within the staffing or workforce solutions industry
• Proven track record in a comparable Area Manager or Regional Manager position
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
• Results-oriented mindset with excellent analytical skills
• German language proficiency required for this role
