We are representing a privately held staffing organization seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead their Freiburg office. Responsibilities

• Lead the continued development and growth of the Freiburg branch in close collaboration with operational management
• Acquire new client accounts and expand relationships with existing customers
• Drive revenue growth and operational excellence at the location level
• Manage day-to-day branch operations while maintaining strategic focus

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial or technical field
• Multiple years of experience in the staffing or recruitment services industry
• Strong sales orientation and proven business development skills
• Leadership experience and the ability to work autonomously
• Fluency in German is required for this role
