About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential performance marketing agency in Cologne that is seeking a talented Videographer specializing in performance marketing content. This is your opportunity to create compelling video content for major brands across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, working closely with creative strategists and performance marketers to transform concepts into scroll-stopping ads.

In this role, you'll handle everything from professional on-set shooting to final cut, bringing creative visions to life with precision and impact. Responsibilities

• Execute professional shooting sessions for brands, products, and creators with expert attention to framing, lighting, and audio quality
• Manage complete post-production workflows including editing, color grading, and sound design for performance-driven video ads
• Collaborate closely with creative strategists and performance marketing teams to precisely execute their content concepts
• Enhance videos with dynamic motion graphics, overlays, animations, and effects using After Effects
• Integrate emerging AI tools such as Runway and ElevenLabs into your editing workflow to maintain cutting-edge production standards

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated practical experience in shooting and video editing, ideally with exposure to agency or social advertising environments
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and solid foundation in After Effects
• Strong understanding of modern performance content aesthetics and what drives engagement on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube ads
• Hands-on mentality with attention to detail, solution-oriented approach, and enthusiasm for continuous skill development
• Fluent German and good English communication skills
• Alignment with collaborative, growth-focused workplace values
