About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential digital health organization based in Berlin. They are seeking a Business Development Intern to join their fastest-growing division, which delivers teleaudiology services directly to customers' homes.

In this role, you'll work on high-impact projects that directly influence conversion rates and customer experience. You'll collaborate closely with the management team, run your own analyses, and see tangible results from your work within weeks. This is a hands-on position where you'll balance data-driven decision-making with direct customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent quantitative analyses on key metrics including pricing and discounts, drop-off rates in the sales funnel, average basket value, and sales performance by time of day
• Develop actionable recommendations for management based on your analytical findings
• Optimize a customer journal that is sent to over 1,000 customers monthly, gathering feedback and improving the user experience iteratively
• Design operational workflows for new after-sales service offerings and ensure successful implementation in daily operations
• Support occasional telephone customer contact for technical setup assistance and participant qualification, gaining direct insight into customer needs behind the data

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Business, Health Management, or a related field, with at least one prior internship
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to argue with data rather than intuition; proficient use of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, clean data structures) is required
• Understanding of key business metrics such as conversion rates is a strong plus
• Regular use of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in your workflow; familiarity with HTML or CMS tools is advantageous, but most importantly, you're eager to learn new technical skills
• Autonomous work style with the ability to drive your own projects forward while being open to coaching and high expectations
• Frustration tolerance: when the first approach doesn't work, you find a second path
• All-rounder profile: analytical and tech-savvy, but equally confident in communication with customers and colleagues
• Native-level German and fluent English
• Willingness to independently learn unfamiliar topics ranging from data analysis to process design to customer communication
