Junior Project Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global technology organization in their search for a Junior Project Manager. This is a remote position open to candidates in APAC, LATAM, Canada, and the USA.

Our client works with enterprise customers on complex software implementations across cloud, bare metal, and edge environments. They need a Junior Project Manager who can ensure successful delivery while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure programs and projects are delivered within schedule, scope, cost, budget, and resource expectations
• Support identification of key technical and project risks and issues, actively implementing mitigating actions
• Maintain strong customer focus and work with all key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
• Assist in conducting regular status meetings and business reviews with customers
• Support delivery schedule management for critical third-party deliverables
• Advocate appropriate technology solutions from the organization's portfolio to customers

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
• Undergraduate degree in a technical subject (science, software engineering, or information technology) or a compelling narrative about your alternative path
• Confidence to respectfully speak up, exchange feedback, and share ideas without hesitation
• Track record of going above-and-beyond expectations to achieve outstanding results
• Passion for technology evidenced by personal projects and initiatives
• Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability
• Solution-oriented mindset with demonstrated leadership skills
• Result-oriented approach with personal drive to meet commitments
• Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events up to two weeks long
