- Strong understanding of business analysis practices including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process modelling, solution evaluation, and benefits management
- Confidence using AI-enabled tools such as LLMs, prompt-based tools, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Automate to support analysis and workflow improvement
- Understanding of how agentic AI and automation can support business analysis and change initiatives
- Awareness of data privacy, bias, and ethical considerations when applying AI in organizational contexts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to learners with varied backgrounds and confidence levels
Desirable experience:

- Understanding of project management principles and how business analysis fits within project and change lifecycles
- Experience delivering training, workshops, or coaching in professional environments
