About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential enterprise software organization seeking a Senior Account Solution Engineer for their Taiwan operations. This strategic role sits at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with sales teams to architect cloud-based solutions that address complex customer challenges. You'll design demonstrations, develop solution roadmaps, and present transformative visions to enterprise clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account executives to identify customer business challenges and formulate comprehensive cloud solutions
• Design solution architectures and assist in planning future-proof system roadmaps for enterprise clients
• Create and deliver customized product demonstrations that visualize solutions to core business challenges
• Develop detailed proposals focusing on solution design, implementation planning, and technical architecture
• Build industry-specific solution templates and sales assets to support AI and automation initiatives
• Participate in marketing activities including speaking at seminars, events, and executive-level presentations
• Support the advancement of AI agent technologies and generative AI solutions within customer environments

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in presales for enterprise solutions (CRM, ERP, SCM, BI, or BPM)
• Alternatively, 5-7 years in system integration sales, project management, or consulting within these domains
• Proven track record delivering presentations and demonstrations at seminars, events, or executive meetings
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and professional English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience proposing CRM-centered enterprise solutions
• Technical skills in demonstration environment development and customization
• Project management experience in large-scale system integration projects
• Strong understanding and application ability with AI and automation technologies
