Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to spearhead and expand the recruitment function within a dynamic media buying and technology environment. This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment process, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring a transparent, data-driven hiring strategy across various departments.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple functions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, with plans to expand the existing team.
• Remain hands-on in recruitment, executive search, and headhunting activities.
• Recruit media buyers, Team Leads, Heads of Buying, and other key specialists.
• Build and maintain a high-quality talent pool through alternative sourcing channels.
• Track and report on recruitment KPIs to ensure transparency and predictability in hiring processes.
• Analyze the recruitment market, including salary benchmarks, EVP, and competitor practices.
• Plan and manage recruitment budgets efficiently.
• Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to align recruitment priorities.
• Optimize recruitment processes to enhance overall hiring efficiency.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

Skills & Qualifications

Requirements include 5+ years of total recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years as a Recruitment Team Lead or Head of Recruitment. Experience managing a team of at least 3 recruiters is essential. Additional skills required are hands-on in recruitment and executive search, ability to build and maintain talent pools, track KPIs, analyze the market, manage budgets, and contribute to HR branding initiatives.
