• Resolve issues and conflicts among team members, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Monitor key metrics and report on performance to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and achieve company goals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the logistics or transportation industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A proven track record of developing and mentoring team members.
• Experience with performance metrics and data analysis to drive improvements.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
