As a key member of the regional operations team, you will be responsible for executing company WHS policies and ensuring compliance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with regional operations teams to implement and enforce WHS policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain safety programs that align with Amazon's global standards and local regulations
• Conduct site audits and inspections to identify and mitigate hazards, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address workplace health and safety concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership and guidance on WHS best practices, fostering a culture of safety within the organization

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in EHS management with a focus on industrial or manufacturing environments
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective WHS programs
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards
• Experience in managing regional teams and driving process improvements
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
