Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter / Team Lead to manage onsite recruitment operations at a client location within the manufacturing sector. This role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with team leadership responsibilities, ensuring the timely fulfilment of direct labour hiring requirements across production, assembly, logistics, warehouse, and cleanroom operations.

Core Duties

• Manage onsite recruitment operations for a client in the manufacturing sector
• Ensure timely fulfillment of direct labour hiring requirements across various operational areas including production, assembly, logistics, warehouse, and cleanroom operations
• Lead and mentor a team to achieve recruitment goals
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address recruitment challenges

Who We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing sector
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of leading and developing teams
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment tools
