- Ensure adherence to environmental conditions such as no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair in cleanroom environments; cold room/freezers at -22°F/-6°C where contact lens usage is prohibited but prescriptive glasses will be provided.
- Provide and ensure the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required for office work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, supporting quality assurance objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a document control or related role within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry is essential.
- A deep understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure all documents are accurately managed and up-to-date.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
