Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Leader, Exchange Tower at Sajenaturalwellnessretail focuses on bringing plant-powered wellbeing solutions to guests while building an uplifting workplace culture. Based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, this full-time position blends customer-facing guidance, commercial ownership and people development so the Exchange Tower store thrives and every guest discovers natural options for everyday challenges.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage each guest with genuine warmth and deliver seamless service that follows the established sales framework to create standout visits at the Exchange Tower store.
• Present products through live demonstrations both within the space and in outdoor activations, helping increase local familiarity with the range.
• Provide clear, thorough product coaching that makes natural wellbeing straightforward, welcoming and available for every guest.
• Confidently propose thoughtful pairings that address individual needs and encourage multi-item selections that support lasting healthy routines.
• Foster a collaborative setting in which every colleague feels welcomed and included as a valued contributor.
• Accept accountability for store commercial targets and unite with teammates to meet or surpass key measures including revenue and comparative growth, average sale value, items per transaction, footfall, conversion rate and loyalty membership expansion.
• Ensure all team members possess current product knowledge so they can offer purposeful suggestions to guests.
• Maintain presentation excellence and identify merchandising improvements that refine the overall environment guests encounter.
• Adopt a forward-looking, creative mindset when pursuing outreach that strengthens ties with the surrounding community.
• Carry out operational, visual and developmental assignments directed by the Store Manager.
• Motivate the group through hands-on coaching, partnership and consistent demonstration of core principles.
