• Motivate and coach store colleagues so the team consistently meets or exceeds agreed sales and service targets

• Oversee day-to-day operational tasks to keep the store running smoothly and efficiently
• Plan and execute creative visual merchandising that highlights products effectively and draws customers deeper into the store
