What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a team of guest services representatives to deliver outstanding customer service experiences.
• Ensure all operational procedures are followed to maintain high standards of safety and service on the Milford and Routeburn Tracks.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular team meetings to address performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
• Handle any issues or complaints promptly and effectively to maintain a positive reputation for Ultimate Hikes.
