About This Position
We are seeking an experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure high standards of service in our fast-paced salon environment. The role involves staff recruitment, scheduling, goal setting, training, inventory control, promotions, customer relations, payments, and maintaining a clean, well-run salon.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of service and client satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure they meet the salon's goals and standards
- Create and manage schedules for staff and services
- Set and monitor performance goals for the team
- Control inventory levels and manage supplies efficiently
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting salon environment
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salon Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in scheduling, inventory management, and customer relationship management tools
- Familiarity with salon operations, including service delivery, quality control, and financial management
- Aesthetician or cosmetologist license preferred but not required
- Proven track record of successful team leadership and performance improvement
