Role Overview

The School District of Palm Beach County in New Zealand (nationwide) (nationwide) is seeking a part-time Athletic Certification Season Football Assistant Coach to join their team. This position will be responsible for assisting the head coach and contributing to the overall success of the football program during the season.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with practice planning, preparation, and execution
• Help in game strategy development and implementation
• Support player recruitment and retention efforts
• Contribute to team-building activities and maintain a positive coaching environment
• Ensure compliance with all school district policies and regulations

Who We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in high school football or related sport
• Strong understanding of football rules, strategies, and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with players, coaches, and staff
• Possession of a valid coaching certification from an accredited organization
• A passion for mentoring young athletes and fostering their development
