• Facilitate online workshops or group sessions covering study techniques, self-advocacy skills, and wellness topics relevant to learners.
• Connect students with institutional resources, mental health supports, or academic tools as needed to remove barriers.
• Collaborate virtually with faculty and support staff to share insights that enhance overall student outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of coaching interactions and recommend improvements based on observed trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in student coaching, academic advising, mentoring, or related educational support roles.
• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, or a closely aligned field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited for clear, empathetic virtual interactions.
• Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple student caseloads and prioritize remote workflows effectively.
