Your Responsibilities

• Craft and execute multi-year business development plans focused on the Vietnam market
• Identify, qualify and pursue new corporate clients, channel partners and growth opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and ecosystem stakeholders
• Analyse market conditions, competitor activity and customer needs to guide priorities
• Lead complex negotiations and secure agreements that meet revenue and strategic goals
• Coordinate closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
• Track pipeline performance, forecast outcomes and present clear progress reports

What You Bring

• Extensive background in senior-level business development or commercial management roles
• Solid understanding of Vietnamese market practices, purchasing behaviour and regulatory environment
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate independently, set priorities and deliver measurable results
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with both data-driven planning and face-to-face engagement
• Fluency in English; Vietnamese language capability is a distinct advantage
