The Opportunity

Trojan Holdings is seeking a dedicated and experienced Reservationist to join our team at Ultimate Hikes in Queenstown, Otago. As the exclusive operators of multi-day guided walks on the Milford & Routeburn Tracks, we offer an unparalleled experience for adventurers who wish to explore New Zealand's most iconic Great Walks. The Reservationist role will be crucial in ensuring that our clients have a seamless and memorable journey through Fiordland and Mt Aspiring National Parks.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage reservations for the Milford, Routeburn, and Greenstone Tracks
• Provide excellent customer service to potential and current clients
• Process payments and manage bookings efficiently
• Handle inquiries and provide information about hiking routes and packages
• Ensure all reservations meet company standards and policies

Who We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a customer service or reservationist role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for outdoor adventures and New Zealand's natural beauty
• A valid New Zealand driver’s license is required
