Your Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Project Controls professionals in delivering successful projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, cost forecasts, and risk management plans.
• Ensure compliance with project controls standards and best practices.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress and address any issues.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on project performance and risks.

Who We're Looking For

• A proven track record in leading Project Controls teams within the construction or engineering sector.
• Strong understanding of project controls methodologies, including Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
