Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for a motivated and talented Recruitment Consultant to join our Palmerston North branch. This full-time role is based in Palmerston North and is focused primarily on candidate attraction, interviewing, engagement, and placement.
Core Duties
- Attract and engage high-quality candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable roles
- Build relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
- Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients
- Update candidate databases and maintain accurate records
