Your Responsibilities

This role involves arranging domestic and complex international travel for busy executives, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation bookings. You will spend three weeks (paid) training on contract airfares and sharpening your Sabre skills before starting the role. Corporate Travel Agents handle air, car, rail, and ground transportation bookings, ticketing, changes, exchange and queue management. Exceptional customer service is essential to meet our business travelers' needs. You will study travel policies of corporate accounts and develop a relationship with them so that when valued business travelers need travel arrangements, they can trust the dedicated team of Corporate Travel professionals.

Requirements

A typical schedule includes a 40-hour work week with five 8-hour shifts, including an evening shift once or twice a week until 8:00 PM. Key responsibilities include:

• Arranging domestic and complex international travel for busy executives.
• Booking air, car, hotel, and ground transportation.
• Ticketing, changes, exchange, and queue management.
• Providing exceptional customer service to meet business travelers' needs.
• Studying corporate account travel policies and developing relationships with them.
