Position Summary
This full-time role involves arranging comprehensive travel solutions for corporate executives and business professionals. You'll coordinate flights, ground transportation, hotels, and rail bookings for domestic and international travel. After completing three weeks of paid training covering Sabre systems, airline agreements, and corporate travel practices, you'll work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, with a standard 40-hour schedule and occasional evening shifts.
Core Duties
- Manage flight, hotel, car, rail, and ground transportation reservations for domestic and international clients
- Build strong relationships with business travelers by learning their preferences and corporate account policies
- Process reservations with accuracy, handling Passenger Name Records, ticketing, changes, and complex international fares
- Apply airline tariffs, regulations, and fare knowledge to deliver compliant, cost-effective travel solutions
- Execute rerouting, exchanges, and modifications for complex itineraries with minimal travel disruption
- Communicate visa requirements, health documentation, and destination-specific travel details to clients
- Manage multiple high-priority requests simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Resolve travel issues and make time-sensitive decisions to support business travelers
- Uphold company service standards, compliance protocols, and documentation requirements across all bookings
- Foster a respectful, inclusive workplace where all colleagues feel valued
Who We're Looking For
- 2+ years of corporate travel consulting experience with demonstrated understanding of business traveler needs
- Proficiency in Sabre GDS for fare quoting, itinerary construction, ticketing, and PNR management
- Expertise in complex ticketing workflows, Phase IV procedures, and international fare changes and exchanges
- Ability to navigate intricate international fares and rerouting scenarios
- Experience with quality control processes to verify accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Professional communication skills and ability to build client rapport
- Capacity to manage urgent priorities, make quick decisions, and stay organized under pressure
- Technical proficiency with travel booking platforms and communications tools
- Self-directed work style with independent task management capabilities
- Strong commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction
