About This Position

OneStaff, established in 1955 and based in New Zealand (nationwide) (nationwide), is a leading manufacturer of fasteners and joinery for the residential construction industry. Due to increased demand, we are seeking experienced die-setters to join our expanding team.

<h2-Core Duties

• Able to set tools in accordance with production plans utilizing SMED framework
• Ensure precise setup of dies and tools according to specifications
• Contribute to the efficient changeover process using SMED principles
• Maintain high standards of quality control during die setting operations
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

• Proven experience as a die-setter in the manufacturing industry
• Technical aptitude and understanding of SMED principles
• Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
• Ability to follow detailed production plans and instructions
