The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in delivering custom technical solutions for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-departmentally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, ensuring seamless onboarding and successful platform deployment.
Your Responsibilities
- Scope and build custom technical and consulting projects
- Coordinate with the Technical Services team for project delivery
- Work closely with sales and development teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Support all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from sales turnover to handover to support on strategic accounts
- Define 360Learning platform architecture for clients and facilitate integrations (flat files, API’s) with third-party apps
- Provide guidance and assistance in ensuring successful deployment of the platform
- Design tools to support the team and specific customer requests, reducing time-consuming work
Requirements
- Strong technical background
- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Experience in platform architecture definition and implementation
- Familiarity with 360Learning platform and its integrations
- Ability to work cross-departmentally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Trello or similar project management tools
