The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic advisor and jurisdictional expert to join our team as an International Consultant. This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record of helping global customers navigate complex challenges in the APAC region. You will serve as the subject matter expert, providing guidance on employment and Employer of Record (EOR) practices, while building trust and collaborating across teams.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic advice to Justworks' international customers on APAC-specific employment and EOR practices
• Offering guidance on jurisdictional separation, international benefits strategy, and global relocations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and risk mitigation for the business
• Acting as a trusted advisor by addressing open-ended, high-risk problems in a consultative manner
