Role Overview

In the Maximo Senior Technical Consultant role at Niyamit, you will drive advanced technical leadership across Maximo system design, configuration depth, and multi-system integration efforts. Based in Remote, the full-time position centers on translating complex business needs into robust, maintainable Maximo architectures while guiding implementation teams through solution delivery and continuous improvement cycles.

Your Responsibilities

• Architect and configure IBM Maximo environments to align precisely with enterprise asset management objectives.
• Execute platform upgrades, customizations, and performance optimizations that maintain system stability and scalability.
• Design and deliver integrations between Maximo and surrounding applications such as ERP, GIS, or mobile platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve sophisticated technical issues spanning Maximo applications, databases, workflows, and automation scripts.
• Lead technical workshops, review sessions, and architecture discussions with project stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Produce clear technical design documents, configuration records, and operational runbooks that support long-term maintainability.

Who We're Looking For

• Substantial senior-level track record delivering technical consulting engagements focused on IBM Maximo Asset Management.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Maximo configuration layers, automation scripting, Java-based extensions, and advanced SQL.
• Solid command of core Maximo modules covering assets, work management, inventory, and related domain processes.
• Capacity to evaluate complex technical options and recommend durable architecture decisions under real-world constraints.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills that enable effective partnership with developers, business users, and project leaders.
• Bachelor’s-level preparation in information technology, computer science, engineering, or equivalent pragmatic experience.
