The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead, Social Engagement to spearhead social media strategy for So Drama! Entertainment – across our lifestyle & entertainment app Kakee, our digital music brands POWER 98 and 88.3 JIA, as well as Music & Drama Company. This role is perfect for a senior social media expert who thrives in a fast-paced media environment and is passionate about engaging with diverse audiences.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Leverage data-driven insights to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with influencers, brands, and other key stakeholders to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Manage and grow our social media following across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives user interaction and conversion.
- Analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimization.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in social media management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and the ability to stay current with emerging platforms and technologies.
- Exceptional creative skills and a keen eye for detail when it comes to content creation and curation.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
