About This Position
The Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) is seeking a proactive Outreach Engagement professional to support seniors through effective volunteer coordination and stakeholder collaboration. As the Senior Lead, Community Care & Volunteer Engagement, you will work with volunteers and partner agencies to sense needs, coordinate referrals, and ensure high-quality ageing in place services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate volunteer activities and manage relationships with volunteer groups and partner organizations
- Develop and implement strategies for community engagement and outreach
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and develop programs that support seniors' well-being
- Ensure high-quality service delivery through effective coordination of resources and volunteers
- Evaluate the impact of community care initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
What You Bring
- A degree in any discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in volunteer management, community engagement, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Experience working with seniors and understanding their needs and challenges
