Position Summary
ManTech, a leading defense and technology company since 1968, seeks a Customer Engagement Strategy Lead for a part-time remote position. This role will support a high-visibility pilot program within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), bridging technical execution with client strategy.
Core Duties
- Technical Performance Oversight & Customer Alignment: Ensure our engineering teams understand customer context to maximize the pilot's impact.
- Bridge Technical & Business Operations: Provide continuous customer context to technical team members, ensuring alignment between engineering and development efforts with VA end users.
- Monitor Landscape Across VA Lines of Business: Identify corporate risks and strategic growth opportunities for MANTECH across OIT, VHA, VBA, NCA, etc.
