  • Develop and maintain partnerships with various organizations to leverage resources and expand the reach of PoWERing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in public health, nursing, social work, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Community Health Worker or similar role with a focus on maternal and infant health.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with community members.
  • Affinity for working in rural communities and commitment to improving healthcare access and outcomes.
