Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of power and energy projects in Larimer County and beyond.
• Direct cross-functional teams drawn from a wide range of technical specialties to keep work on scope, on time, and on budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust through clear communication and dependable delivery.
• Champion safety, quality, and ethical practice across every stage of the project lifecycle.
• Mentor colleagues and foster collaboration within a diverse, growth-minded professional community.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing power, energy, or related infrastructure projects in a senior capacity.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
