Your Responsibilities

• Recruit and support candidates through the apprenticeship process
• Lead and motivate a team of recruiters or apprenticeship coordinators
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
• Support and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment or a related field
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle required for this role
