We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Christchurch Rentals team as the Detailing Team Leader. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the detailing process of holiday vehicles, ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Supervise and train team members to ensure consistent quality in vehicle detailing services.
• Develop and implement efficient work processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to address any issues that may arise during the detailing process.
• Maintain a positive and motivating environment for your team, fostering a culture of excellence and dedication.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in vehicle detailing or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
