Be ready to explain how you train adults on technical work: breaking down RV systems, using live demos safely, and checking competence. Prepare examples of correcting unsafe habits, documenting standards, and adapting lessons for mixed skill levels in a workshop setting.
Strong fit if you combine solid RV or heavy vehicle technical skill with patience for teaching, clear safety habits, and comfort leading others in a workshop—especially in a Christchurch-based tourism/RV operations environment.
