Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Assessor Trainer to join our team at Endeavour Energy. As one of Australia's largest energy providers, we offer safe and reliable power to over 2.7 million people across New South Wales. This role will be based in Middleton Grange, Liverpool, with full-time employment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver assessment programs for staff training needs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address skill gaps within the organization.
• Create and maintain comprehensive training materials and resources.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced assessors.

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in assessment and training, preferably in an energy sector.
• A strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver high-quality training programs.
• Experience with assessment tools and techniques.
