What This Role Involves

The QI & A Specialist will be part of a team providing training, EHR workflow management, reporting and performance analysis while managing a process. The role involves working collaboratively to ensure the quality and accuracy of services provided by Coloradocoalition.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive training to staff on supportive services and QI practices
• Manage EHR workflow, ensuring efficient data entry and retrieval
• Analyze reporting data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery
• Conduct performance analysis to support continuous quality assurance efforts
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements
