About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Certificate III in Civil Construction Trainer & Assessor to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, nationally recognised training and assessment to learners undertaking the Certificate III in Civil Construction qualification.
Responsibilities
- Educate and train students on practical skills and industry knowledge required for safe work practices in civil construction.
- Conduct assessments to ensure students meet the necessary standards of the Certificate III in Civil Construction qualification.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant training and assessment frameworks, standards, and legislation.
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs that align with industry needs and student learning outcomes.
Requirements
- A current Certificate III in Civil Construction or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Trainer & Assessor in the civil construction sector.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality training and assessment programs.
- Strong understanding of national training frameworks, standards, and legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
