As the Shift Supervisor you will spearhead operational flow during your allotted hours at the Oporto site in Boolaroo, Lake Macquarie, Australia. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate team members throughout the shift to keep service running smoothly and efficiently
• Oversee preparation quality and presentation of flame-grilled dishes so menu items meet brand expectations
• Respond to guest enquiries and resolve any concerns in a prompt, courteous manner
• Direct opening, mid-shift and closing routines to ensure seamless handovers
• Track stock levels, restock key ingredients and supplies, and note shortages for timely reordering
• Coach team members on the floor and share best-practice techniques that build confidence
• Uphold cleanliness, workplace safety and hygiene protocols across all service and preparation areas

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated capacity to lead and motivate people in a busy service environment
• Clear verbal communication and a constructive approach to solving issues under time pressure
• Familiarity with food safety principles and the ability to apply them consistently
• Organisational skills that allow simultaneous management of people, product and presentations
• Willingness to work a full-time roster that may include evenings, weekends and public holidays
