The Opportunity

Oporto is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to join our team at the Chatswood Westfield location. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of creating vibrant dining experiences and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations during your shift, managing staff and customer interactions efficiently
• Evaluate and manage the quality of food and service provided by staff
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively
• Supervise daily tasks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What You Bring

• A minimum of 18 months' experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Experience with customer service and maintaining high standards of quality
• A passion for providing excellent customer experiences
